Hello, so global redirect does not seem to be working on my site. I haven't got a clue to what is wrong. No, it's not in a sub directory or subdomain or the like. Drupal is in the main root folder, but for whatever reason global redirect does not want to play nice.
Is there any sort of way of troubleshooting of the sort? I haven't got a clue. Was working perfectly on my test site, but now that I've moved it to the according url, it wants to play mean. I'm lost at this point :/
Could it be .htaccess or something?
I added this to it:
#--- DH-PHP handlers ---
AddHandler php-cgi .php
Action php-cgi /cgi-bin/dispatch.cgi
#AddHandler fastcgi-script fcg fcgi fpl
#AddHandler php-fastcgi .php
#Action php-fastcgi /cgi-bin/dispatch.fcgi
For Dreamhost upload limit increase. That's the only difference I can think of compared to the test site. I really have no clue. Anyone else experiencing this unfortunate issue?

Nah, nvm. I apparently had the site on offline mode and had forgotten. Whoops. Sorry.

I just wanted to chime in very quickly and thank you for updating your original post!! It helped me out a great deal :)
I'm also changing the category of this to "support request" to ask the maintainer of the module to include a note about this on the module page somewhere? I think other people may be experiencing the same issues and they may not realise that having the site offline stops this module from executing at all. I spent a good hour looking for the result (through the issue queue) and thankfully stumbled on this post...
Thanks in advance :)
