I have a problem I just noticed after upgrading to beta3. When creating a new image, if I select a file called "Západ slunce", the image is not uploaded properly. What I get is a node with no picture, just the alternate test.

If I rename the file "Zapad slunce", it works perfectly and the picture is uploaded fine.
