I am wanted to theme the taxonomy tree used in content profile. How can this be done?

To add a little further:

I have used mytheme_preprocess to theme my Profile Edit page for content profile cck.
The taxonomy tree widget doesn't collapse on the newly created tpl.php page.

Could someone please assist in theming this?
