Chat window or theme not appearing for my site users

Description

I followed all instructions to install the module - I've enabled both blocks (link and user). The blocks show up. When I click the Chat button I just get a new page that loads that says "Chat" with nothing on it. Why is the chat window not appearing? Everything else appears to be working fine. I can login to my admin and I get my admin theme without issue and the chat is working there. How do I get the chat window to show up on Drupal 6.x. I'm using the mono page version.

Help!

It seems a configuration problem.

Use "Support" at bowob.com telling more info about your problem, like your website address and where (path) have you upload the files.

I have teh exact same problem as stated above in this issue. What is the suggested fix for this? I have tried to re-install twice already.

IMO
This module works fine, I was having the same problems. Carefully reading & following the configuration will probably solve your problems.

I created the Chat following the instructions, uploaded the zip files to my BoWoB folder, unzipped & done.

I have installed the module and have read what it sayd here. What zip files are you talking about? Do I need to install moer files besides the module files? Mine does not work and if I go to the path /chat it says page cannot be found. If I enable the login block nothing appears

You must "Create your Chat" at www.bowob.com

A very nice system really. The close button however do not work so the chat stays open. How do I close it? Also how do I remove the "Chat plugin by BoWoB Chat for Drupal" at the bottom of the page?

So can anybody then chat to anybody and not just some people with certain people like friends with friends? How do I make it so that only certain people can chat to one another. As a feature request is it possible to add admin to it so that you can configure the modulke from within your own site?

Thanks for a great module!

- If your chat is "Autoconnect", the close button starts another chat.

- Remove the line "Chat plugin by BoWoB Chat for Drupal" in your module file.

- "friends to friends" is not posible. Maybe in a future update.

- Add the first admin using the option "Main Admin Log In" at bowob.com. The second could be in your website chat (if you are a chat admin).

I have installed the chat in my one site and it works great. I now have installed it in another site but it doesn't work at all and the chat window doesn't appear. All that is visible at the bottom of the site is:

BoWoB: Ready from now

Check that you have followed all the instructions.

Or use "Support" at bowob.com telling more info about your problem, like your website address and where (path) have you upload the files.
