Self-delete is too complex

Hi - IMO the form presented to users when they're trying to delete themselves is way too complex.

Could it be configurable, with defaults?

On my site, I don't want the user to need to say anything but "yes, delete my account". They don't know what "content" is, and don't know what "disabled" means. So the four options presented just cause a lot of confusion.

I would be more inclined to have the four options determined by admin configuration, rather than decided by the user who's deleting himself.

I could probably contribute a patch to accomplish this, assuming there's interest.
