I am importing content into a node and mapping that content using Feed Element Mapper. Everything is working other than some Hebrew text (we are not using local or globalization module). The text all comes in as ???. I have check the CSV file and it has the Hebrew. I have checked the node and when I copy and paste the same Hebrew text into the CCK filed it works fine. Any help is very much appreciated.

Excel shows the text even in CVS format as still having the Hebrew, when I use notepad it is ??? - so the problem is not the module.
