Fields don't appear

Description
The fields don't appear on the edit user profile tab.
Therefore I cannot change password/e-mail etc.
I'm assuming it's something I've done but maybe you could give me some help?

I have the same issue in my installation. If someone find a solution pls pass it on to me.
