I have webforms associated with nodes using the webform blocks module

is it possible to pull the node's cck fields into the outgoing emails?

is it possible the tokens module can be used?

You can do this by theming your e-mails, read THEMING.txt included with Webform. Support for how to write specific theming code is not provided in the Webform issue queue.
