I want to make this as easy to figure out as possible. In theory this should be easy.
I'm not a programmer so I would like some help in dummy language for this one!
Attached you will see screenshots of what I'm explaining...
I want to be able to add multiple galleries (separate, not under "Image Galleries") and still have them come up using the same view style that "Image Galleries" uses.
In the example pictured (picture 2) you see how I have three separate galleries nicely laid out (I did this through the taxonomy for "image"). The problem is that only the middle one "Image Galleries" displays the way I would like it to (picture 4).
When you click on either of the other two they look like picture 3.
The site is http://unrealconceptions.com/ *some content not safe for work!
I have been putting a lot of time into this site and I'm afraid that the gallery list for "Image Galleries" is just getting too long. This is why I would like to have separate galleries. Look at picture 4 for an idea of this.
Thank you everyone for your help! I really appreciate it. Someone must have figured this out already?

joachim commentedYes -- just clone the view and change the filters and the path etc.
The handbook has more details on how the views are made.

jordanewert commentedThanks for the Reply Joachim,
I understand how the views are made, kinda. I just don't get what you mean by cloning the view and changing the filters. When I go to admin/build/views on the site everything is disabled and there is no way to clone the specific view for the image module... Could you please be more specific in how to do this? I looked through the handbook like you suggested for image on how to add more galleries but this doesn't seem to work. (http://drupal.org/node/207216)
If the taxonomy/term view is disabled in here how is it that I am still seeing galleries correctly for the image module?
joachim commentedEnable the image_gallery view first, then clone it.
Galleries aren't made with the taxonomy view.
jordanewert commentedThat term is not listed. What am I missing here?
Thanks for helping me this, I really appreciate it.

joachim commentedI've had a quick look at your site and your galleries are NOT being made with views. If you don't see that view name in the list, then maybe you're not using an up-to-date version that has image gallery views support.
BTW, please fix that apostrophe on 'Artist's Featured'. Plurals don't have an apostrophe. :)

jordanewert commentedAlright, I have updated the views module. You were right, they weren't being displayed properly. I cloned the image_gallery view like you said and changed the filters to the specific taxonomy for a new gallery I created using 'Image' as the type. I thought this would have worked but it does not. It just goes to the same /image and shows everything!
P.S. My site crashed and all of the galleries are really screwed up. I have to re-sort everything and they aren't displaying correctly, you'll see what I mean when you click http://unrealconceptions.com/image-galleries/abstract
If there is a guide on image and views I would like to read it but I haven't found such information.

jordanewert commentedAnyone? How do I clone the original views and assign it to another taxonomy term.

joachim commentedThe filters.
