Token for gift registry title

I know this post is very old, but has anyone found a way to do this? Alternatively, is there a way to change the Wish List's title to a concatenation of whatever is entered in the "first name" and "last name" fields after the wish list creator first saves their brand new wish list (instead of giving them option toi name it themselves on that page)?
