Is there a way to get rid of the node:
yourname.com/node/2323
?
Or at least change the node name to something else? because with url changer won't work.

Enable the module path (core module) and create url-aliases via admin/path or at the node edit screen.

yeah that's what i ment the url-aliases. I try chaning the "node" name on urls but dosen't seem to work.
Per node
It's a per node setting. You'll have to do it for every /node/[number] specifically. Or install pathauto, to make your life a little easier.
