This I think is the final rc before I do a final release. Let me know how it is going.
Changes since DRUPAL-6--2-0-RC4:
- #548936 - Integrate CCK hooks to allow the position of the access permissions to be user determined.
- fix up an issue with trying to create the profile tables
- #491500 - Fix pgsql issue which selecting a users groups
- Fix up issue with interacting with other node access module.
- Change defaults to only be loaded on new nodes.
- #491500 Remove content list pages as they are not needed.
- #371766 Fix issue with not being able to disable user permissions
