About consumer data mining Sorting Problem

i want to display only the particular State with all the member information aat the sama time i can Sort the other field like the income range, username and other.

Example i have choose Penang state (I modify myself to let user choose the state) then it display all information for the particular state Penang. But when i want to sort the oter field such as Phone number or Income range but it cannot sort
can any one help me to code the SQL statemnt
