bullets/numbers rendering improperly in IE7

I've noticed in blocks (e.g. latest blog postings, syndicated feeds, any ul or ol created in a new block) that the bullets or numbers within either an ordered or unordered list don't render properly in IE if the line wraps. The bullet/number is flush with the last line, rather than the first. This doesn't happen in Firefox. I noticed that this is also happening on one of the sites referenced as an example: http://www.boaz.ro/ see the Personal Finance block. So I'm guessing it's not an anomaly with the minimal theme tweaking I've done. Any ideas on how I might solve this? It has a big affect on my site, unfortunately.
