Issue Summary
Recently, a "Spam Prevention" taxonomy was created for modules #575202: Add a "Spam prevention" module category
Problem: Modules with "Spam Prevention" selected do not appear in taxonomy page http://drupal.org/taxonomy/term/7266 unless the "Spam Prevention" term is removed (with a revision). When the term is removed (and, from my testing, a revision is made) the module appears in the term page, yet "Spam Prevention" isn't listed on the project page.
To recreate: v
1. Visit a module project page that had "Spam Prevention" added (the issue above has a list). Make sure "Spam Prevention" is listed as a term.
2. Edit the page to remove "Spam Prevention" term and leave "create revision" checked.
3. Save page.
4. Make sure "Spam Prevention" isn't listed as a term and visit http://drupal.org/taxonomy/term/7266 to see it listed.

I added the taxonomy term to Egglue CAPTCHA, but when I visit http://drupal.org/taxonomy/term/7266, the module is not listed; still, the taxonomy term is listed in the project page.

I added a new taxonomy term (mobile), and the problem is present also for that taxonomy term (compare http://drupal.org/project/mobile_theme, and http://drupal.org/taxonomy/term/7404).

Yeah this is really odd. The taxonomy pages are messed up and not showing content for the exact term views. Is Views overriding these and not set up properly? What's going on?

@Dave: Does the problem apply for all the taxonomy terms, or just for the recently created? Did you figure out that?
For what I can see, the problem exists only for the recently added taxonomy terms. If it would be a Views problem, I would expect it to appear in all the taxonomy term pages.

I'm guessing this is some sort of Solr or Views problem, in which case normal webmasters can do nothing about it. Moving to the infrastructure queue for better visibility.

Also affects http://drupal.org/taxonomy/term/8818 ("Path management").

The problem happens also for newly created vocabularies. I created a vocabulary as requested in a feature request (see #99466: Add maintenance status for projects), and the taxonomy term page doesn't list the projects using that taxonomy term.
I raised the priority of the report, as this issue currently breaks one of the most important features implemented in Drupal.

For some reason, the taxonomy term pages are not instantly updated, but they are updated.
I am marking this issue as fixed. Feel free to re-open it if you think it would be.

The first time this issue has been reported, I checked the taxonomy term pages, and they were never updated; when I was reporting this issues to killes on IRC, the page was updated after 10 − 20 minutes.
Probably something has been changed in the while, or something else has been fixed.
