Description

Hi - This is apparently not an issue with the code if this module, but it's a problem anyway, because it means the module does not function correctly.

There are a number of IP ranges that are not supported (and were supported just 3-4 months ago).

Examples: 128.2.10.168 and 216.87.69.98.

These US-based IPs are no longer found at http://ip-to-country.webhosting.info and thus are no longer found in the DB for ip2cc.

You can go to the site and confirm that they can't find them. However, in a dump I did in April or May, they were supported.

Thanks for looking into this.

I am having similar issues, some flags are not even displayed for me, specially from USA & Canadian entries, the flag is replaced with unknown.png

in the modules\ip2cc\contrib\ip2cc_node\ip2cc_node.module file, the $cc variable is getting an unknown...

Can anyone help resolve this issue please?

I have put the question to the guys over at webhosting.info, where the database comes from.

I just received this from webhosting.info:

Hey,

Thank you for mailing into us!

Our IP-to-Country database has been updated, you can download the update version. We regret the inconvenience caused to you.

Do let me know if you require further assistance regarding the same.

Regards,

Bhavna Mali
WebHosting.Info Team

Please try updating to the latest database and check if the missing IP addresses are back in the database.

I'm marking this as fixed. I have tried numerous US IP addresses, including the ones you specified above and ip2cc is now able to resolve them once again.

yes, it's been resolved for me.
