more details in "update available" mails ?

Hi Guys !

Anybody knows about an additional modul or a trick to get the following behaviour ?

I want to get more detailed infos in the update mail of a drupal site. Not only: "There are new updates" I want to know what updates detailed.
Also i want, to blacklist some modules to get not notified again if there are updates of this modul.

Any hints are very welcome !
