how to use the module?

after installing the module, I found a new option in my navigation menu which is " creat help tip". After creating a new help tip following the instruction, the help tip didn't show up at the place where it is supposed to (e.g. node/% ). I don't know what's wrong. Could you give me some help? Thanks a lot!

You have to also configure the help tips block to appear. Go to administer >> blocks and enable the help tips block. Choose the block location and configure as you would any other block. This way, you have a lot of control over when and where help tips appear.
The 'create help tip' link is meant to be a little more convenient than create content >> help tip. The difference is that if you click 'create help tip', the form should have the correct path value already filled in.

Seems to me it resolve the issue.
This raises an idea on my mind - make this module come pre-installed with initial sample tips on how to use the helptip module. This will not only serve as a great example but will actually help with the module's usage. I will open a new issue for that.
