I deleted a few themes today and installed some new ones. The deleted themes were in /themes (from before I realised they were supposed to go in /sites/all/themes). I put the new ones in the correct directory, but when I clicked on the site I just get the following:

[if lt IE 7]

(with comment tags surrounding it) showing up -

see signout.ie

I've looked in my File Manager and I see .htaccess is not there. I've uploaded drupal again and .htaccess about 10 times to no avail.

Any tips?

I've located the .htaccess.

I hadn't "Show invisible files" checked, but the problem persists.
