Release notes

Hostmaster is a component of the Aegir hosting system.

This is the first release of the 0.4 milestone. As such, the hostmaster install profile hasn't changed much, just some documentation fixes:

* make install.sh install the main aegir site in /sites/ not as sites/default #563638: install.sh still installs main aegir site in sites/default/
