how can i send my old website, created with Dreamweaver to drupal and still have layout and everything else the same without changing servers

Short answer ... you can't. There are lots of long answers that will get you an average outcome.

To properly "replicate" the old DreamWeaver site, you'd need to create a look-a-like Theme, ascertain and define the various "chunks" of information, then utilize the various features of Drupal to "best deliver" the content.

I'm sure there are HTML Import modules you could use to speed up immediate delivery of a bunch of pages ... but it wouldn't be taking advantage of the sane structure you get with Drupal.

If you have (for example) thousands of product records to import, you can find import/export modules to assist with migration from one database to another. If you're trying to take advantage of Drupal yet cannot put the extra time into reverse engineering the existing site ... you're probably chasing shadows. That being said .. you can certainly bang a site into shape pretty quick with a little planning and copy/paste.
