Block content (location in db?)

My users have entered absolute url locations for some of the content inside of blocks that they have created. I see the blocks table in mysql but no content for this block and nothing that appears to be a foreign key leading me to where the content is. Are these disguised as nodes or something else?

Trying to run a simple UPDATE set blah blah where with some string parsing to alleviate this absolute url problem.
