Yesterday, with 6.13 search was working. Upgraded to 6.14 and now I continuously get:
You must include at least one positive keyword with 3 characters or more.

This issue it's confusing. Are you talking about the search module or the 'search all' module? I'm also having the same problem with the 'search' module after I updated to 6.14, tried rebuilding the search but didn't work, also tried in a new drupal installation and there's no problem.
