Error on page to switch themes

We get this on the page where we'd set the theme and it doesn't allow us to choose a theme for CiviCRM:
* warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/username/public_html/includes/form.inc on line 1423.

I've heard from others who have the same error popping up.
