How to create interactive form?

I try to build a simple ads classified website with Drupal and had used taxonomy but now with one problem with form setup.
I plan to create a form that work like this example site:-

It is Malaysia classified website that score just Alexa ranking 2886 due to it simplicity. It is now Malaysia top classified site own by big boy.
If you click on "Category", the form below it will change. Try select from category "Cars" and then "Houses" to see the form below it is changing.
1. May I know what module I need to use to create this type of form?
2. Shall I use classified ads module or just create category using taxonomy?
I had installed CCK, Views for my website.
Help from senior is great appreciated.

You might want to review http://drupal.org/forum-posting for some tips on increasing your chances of a response. This is a large open ended question not easily answered in a simple forum post.
That said however, dependent drop fields like that probably need to be done with custom javascript or jquery.
