Pages/Threads link times out

Description
When you go to: /user/*/subscriptions and click Pages/Threads the query times out if the number of pages/threads is too high, which is very likely if the person has auto subscribe on. Needs a pager perhaps and even better a button to purge all subscriptions at once.

If you click the checkbox in the table header OFF, then all subscriptions are removed. However, if the page times out, you may not get the [Save] button.
Yes, I guess we need a pager...

I've implemented a pager and committed it to 6.x-1.x-dev. Give it up to 12 hours to be repackaged, and let us know how it works for you.
I've been hesitating between showing 50 or 100 rows per page. How many do your users have, who get time-outs?

When you post a request and call it "critical", and someone works for your benefit, I'd expect you to at least try the result and give feedback...
