Cyphering is not being in use

Description
'Cyphering support' is included in the module, but it's not being referenced anywhere, so apparently it's not being used. Should we remove this feature for the module (postpone for a future release) or fix it? Fixing would require mayor rewritting and should not be done in current module status (Beta2).
Should we delay the module final releasing, moving from Beta2 to Beta3 so it can include a richer feature set?
