Use real name and include profile picture

Is it possible to use the sender’s real name rather than his username to send invitations? If the user enters his real name in his profile, his real name should be on the invitation because his friend might not recognize his funky-sounding username and thus not accept the invitation. But if his real name is present, then his friend will definitely know who that person is. Moreover, is it possible to include his profile picture in his invitations to augment recognition issues?
