ugh, oversellers

Companies like that will promise you the world, but give you nothing but heartache in return.

They're oversellers. While promising you everthing, you'll be on a box with thousands of others, and you're resources will be very limited. I'd worry about having a production site hosting there.

Check the companies Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies to see just how they'll be limiting you.

The key is what kinds of support it can provide and how reliable the server is.

I think for those general information listed in above, it's not attractive enough in shared hosting industry.
