Using phptemplate_ prefix causes some serious issues with sub-themes :
According to http://drupal.org/node/223430 it's recommenced to always use the theme's name as prefix.

This was already done in the 2.x dev version of this theme.

I will migrate all those 2.x dev fixes and modifications to a new 1.x release.
