File Attachment boxes duplicated?

I'm having an issue where the file attachment box displays 2 file upload fields. See the attached image for a screenshot. The steps to replicate for me are just to create a 2-column interface for the default Page content type. I don't have to move any elements around. Just create the interface, save it, then go to create a Page node. The screenshot is from when I moved it to the right column, but the same thing happens when I just save the interface as is without moving anything around.

Incidentally, the same kind of thing happens with a CCK imagefield (it has a limit of 1 image on that field).

I'm not sure what versions of JQuery_ui and jquery_update are needed for this. I'm using jquery_update-6.x-1.1 and juery_ui-6.x.1.3 (with the 1.6 download from google code). Does interface require the respective dev modules and the 1.7 download of juery_ui from google code?
