Hello Community,
I am completely a beginner, though a fast learning. Unfortunately, I have no programming background. I wanted to create a simple "about us" section on my practice web site I'm working on. The only custom modules I have installed are Mollom, PathAuto, Toekn, FCKEditor, IMCE and PoormansCron. When I create any text page like a blog or a story, whatever I type comes out how it is shown below. I have been reading instructions and posts on here and messing with the settings but I can't get it to work. Please help! Thank you

Dontkillthecow commentedOps, this is how it looks: I added *'s so it shows up.

Jorrit commentedYou should add
<code>tags around code you're posting. It appears that you post content from Word. There is a dedicated Paste from Word button in the toolbar. You should use that button.Comment #3
Dontkillthecow commentedI thought it was that too, but in fact it also happens if I type out a few words myself, and not paste anything. Thoughts?

kellyllek commentedA client has reported the same problem. I assumed it was just pasting from MS Word but when he types directly in to the FCK editor the
tag appears. The only way to remove it is through the 'source' button by hand. The client is using a MAC.
Anyone figure this out?
It's appearing on a recent post. Could it be the sytax he is using(or not using), like maybe with the UK 'pound' symbol? http://pr4property.com/content/marble-arch

kellyllek commentedsorry people. After further talking to the client this was not the problem.
