The MailChimp modules does not display all the form fields included in the original Mail Chimp form. I attached an example of how the form displays on my Drupal site and an an example of the all the form fields that are included in the original form. I know that email format cannot be displayed, but what about all the mailing address fields (Street address, City, Sate, ZIP, etc.)?

The anonymous sign up form, which I think is what you're linking to, only displays merge fields created within a given list and interest groups.

Is there a way to display all the fields for anonymous users? For this website, there is no reason to have any authorized users beyond those who administer the site.
