This is a first cut at the port of Signup Status Cert to Drupal 6 and the inclusion of the new interfaces in Signup Status. For instance, the use of hook_action.

Thanks for the patch. However, please search before submitting new issues:

#557810: Port Signup Status Certificates to D6

You can (re)post your patch there. And use "needs review" for the status. "patch (to be ported)" is for cases where some code already exists for a given version and just needs to be ported to another branch (e.g. a bug fix that was completed in D6 that needs backporting to D5 or something).
