I guess this won't be as much of an issue with d7, since the admin css will be in my default. There are some funky things going on with the admin module. There should probably be some extra css that will help it play friendly with the admin module, or else offer an option to turn off the block config links in the theme settings, since admin already provides links for this.

sociotech commentedFusion already has a theme setting ("Display block configure links for administrators" under Administrator Settings) to enable or disable this feature.
If you could provide more details on the specific problems you're having with Fusion and Admin module, then we could take a deeper look at it.
In addition to the symptoms you're seeing (screenshots are a big help here), it would also be helpful to know whether or not this is only a problem with Fusion and not any other themes (including Acquia Prosper, which is based on Fusion).

sociotech commentedGiven that Fusion does have a theme setting to disable our block admin links, and without additional input, I'm marking this won't fix since there's nothing to fix.
