I try assign menu, generated by this module, for nice menu output, and this give my block with only top level parents without any children.
How make it work?

I don't know how Nice Menus works. But I know how Treemenu works. This module is unlikely to work with other modules which use the menu system. This is because Treemenu carries specialized data within the stock menu data system.

There is an new version of Treemenu which might work with Nice Menus. However, this needs a lot of testing. I will try it with Nice Menus, so I am marking this issue as 'postponed'.

V7 - the basic menus now work with Nice Menus. No extended options as - yes, it can be done but fundamentally clashes with the Drupal translation system.
