Is this module unsupported?

Should this module be considered unsupported, because after reading through all the replies I've noticed mfer (module maintainer) is not responding to many of them. I love the module, but don't want to get into an unsupported module, which only leads to more headaches. I am only asking because I wish modules that are not supported be placed in some sort of unsupported area, so everyone is not waiting on answers that is not coming from the maintainer. That way we already know the maintainer who built the module may not respond, and we can then only rely on each other for support.

Not a complaint (glass half full), but if no support is likely to come, it would be nice to know.
