Remove http://drupal.org/community-initiatives/documentation/untagged from doc team block

Alas,
it is time to remove the untagged handbook (theming) page link and put something else there that we can use for sprints.

Perhaps, other handbooks that need tagging OR the orphan pages listing (http://d6.drupal.org/handbook/orphan_pages)

Lets keep something fresh on the block so folks who feel comfortable in our 'doc' world can keep helping as they gain confidence to tread into the 'contributor link block'.
