I can't figure out how to use this module and the documentation is very light. I've installed the module, signed up for MailChimp, created a list, and entered my login info into Drupal. Now, how do I create a block to allow people to sign up for my list?

There is one already created at http://yoursite/mailchimp/subscribe and /mailchimp/unsubscribe. You can make a block to link to there if you would like.... I'm not sure it offers blocks, there is a post somewhere requesting that....
