Added option to deny site access for known RFI attacking hosts.
By hooking into the cron job the top RFI attacking hosts, which are determined by the module, can be added to the site deny access list. In the RFI report settings the option can be enabled and a limit can be set to the amount of hosts which are denied access per cron job.
- RFI attacks from 'https' and 'ftp' sites are now included in the report
- Added Bar chart for displaying top 10 RFI attack hosts
- Disabled sorting on 'Domain' and 'Script name' headers in RFI report (derived results sorting is not possible)
- Added the swf sourcecode to the module enabling complete distribution of module and charting components
