wants to develop the site in telugu or hindi

Hi all,

I want to develop one site which is in telugu or hindi language.

I have installed the locale and indic script modules.It allows to add content in telugu in all text areas.

But my complete site content need to display in telugu.I have seen one site etelugu.org

i.e in place of Register Now a telugu/hindi string need to display and all error messages need to display in telugu/hindi

Any other modules need to install.

Please suggest me this is very imp for me
