"Access Denied" error when attempting to play an audio file

Description
When logged in as Admin, I click on either "M3U," or "PLS," and I get "Access Denied, You are not authorized to access this page."
Clicking on "XSPF" gives me a blank white screen.
I suspect these features are disabled in the code. Or do I maybe have something not setup correctly?
