Hello,

Is it only me who has trouble posting/registering at themesnap. Heck , even the "Contact Form" doesn't work. It seems that "The CAPTCHA field is required." , yet the CAPTCHA is nowhere to be found! Tried with Firefox,IE,Opera for the crazy chance of some scripting ... same thing. I wonder if anyone else has similar issue! I bought a theme and can't even contact them!

If you mean placing it under "General Discussion" , well it took me some time deciding where shall I post this and I couldn't think of anything more generic than "General->General Discussion".
If you mean about posting this in Drupal.org forums , then I think it is an issue for Drupal forums and I really don't know why you might think otherwise.

No, why is it an issue for the Drupal forums? Just because a company uses or supports a particular technology, the makers of that technology aren't responsible for them. Do you go post at Microsoft if someone you do business with is using Windows and you have a problem with them? I bet themesnap is running on a Linux platform. Maybe you should contact Linus Torvalds.

Really, what do you expect the Drupal community to do?

So let me get this straight. With all the irrelevant posts in many sections in those forums , I am the one who is actually spamming the forum with irrelevant questions about the service of one very known premium theme company in the "General Discussion"? Give me a break. Themesnap themes are listed on most articles related to "Premium Drupal Themes" , I discovered them through this site myself (OG) and the only thing I asked here is whether other users tried to do the same thing that I did (contact them). Did I shout "Please help , how can I get in contact from 3rd company"? Did I bitch about about it? Did I ask for help?Did I blame Drupal.org and rant about it? Don't think so. So what's the buzz mr. Sheriff wannabe? Getting bored and killing time by bitching people? I mean the nerve!

Hi,
I help to run ThemeSnap.com. Another person contacted us through our parent website saying that they had trouble contacting us and mentioned Captcha problems. We use Mollom and I saw for myself that Mollom was down for some time today. However, our checked "fallback" option is that any message will get through if it's down. So, not quite sure why your message or the Mollom module was stopping you from getting through. We'll watch it over the next day or two to see if we can spot any issues.

Moving on... If you had trouble contacting us, please just do a Whois lookup or, even better, contact us via the email address that's within the order receipt email. It's included with every order so people have it.

Thanks, and sorry for your troubles contacting us. We may need to look into another Captcha module if it continues to happen.
