Urgent please help can't create new account in my own site

I get error as
" The spam filter installed on this site is currently unavailable. Per site policy, we are unable to accept new submissions until that problem is resolved. Please try resubmitting the form in a couple of minutes. "
I am admin in my site but just wanted to figure out to create account as new user but I get error. I can't figure out since i am new to drupal. Please help

and found your error message referenced with respect to a patch for the mollom module. I see other posts about the message as well. Like this one:

Appears to have something to do with spam modules that prevent bots from registering to your site.
What modules are installed on your Drupal site?
Perhaps you are using a spam module that is expecting to borrow libraries from a server side spam filter like spam assassin that is not present.
