The align symbols < > or = do not work with !/imageurl! Textile code.
Is this normal for the Drupal textile.module ?
If not, I use the Textile V2 for Drupal 4.3.2, with HTML filter on.
I had to use style="float:right" directly instead. Using Textile's codes for class or style would be too much to ask for normal users.

jhriggs commentedIf you just want the image aligned right, you could try:
p>. !imageurl!
If you want it floated, there is not currently a way to do that in Textile, I don't believe. You could check with the author (http://textism.com/tools/textile/) for more info, but I think to float you would have to do it with a style.
