1) Security fix that can lead to CSRF attacks. Upgrading to the latest version is strongly advised. See SA-CONTRIB-2012-075 - Take Control - Cross Site Request Forgery (CSRF) for more details.
2) #834464 by vincent: Fixed call-time pass-by-reference deprecated warning. Also, switched to 6.x-2.x branch for committing changes instead of the HEAD branch.
3) Support for Drupal installations not having clean urls enabled.
4) Code clean-up.
5) A couple of other minor fixes.

This is the second stable release for the 2.x branch of the module. Compared to Beta1, the Async Ajax calls have been moved to execute under Drupal bootstrap for enhanced integration with Drupal and security, thereby simplifying the installation procedure also.

The 2.x branch incorporates considerable new functionality and change in architecture. Features a full file browser/manager for Drupal, and the existing permission management (refactored as Quick Permissions module in this release).

This is the initial release for the Take Control module.
It supports changing permissions and deleting files / folders in your Drupal installation.

The next release would support copying/renaming files/folders.
Remember, not to try to change permissions/delete files/folders NOT owned by Drupal (e.g. created through FTP or Hosting Control Panel). Trying to do so would leave error entries in your Site Log.
