HOWTO: Customize Drupal text and terminology

I have authored a book page on this topic, which is currently in moderation: http://drupal.org/node/58030

I put it in the Customization and theming handbook, following a forum discussion on how to "Change name of Search-button".

I would appreciate feed back, first, on the writing and content.

My motivation for putting it into the Customization and theming handbook, is that this is where I, as a relatively new Drupal user, looked for all information on how to customize and theme my new site. Searches that I thought of did not return the relevant page in the locale module handbook.

Thus, second, I would like some advice as to whether this is the appropriate place to post this. An alternative would be to add most of my content to the relevant page(s) in the locale module handbook, and edit my page in the Customization and theming handbook so that it just briefly describes what Drupal can do and then provides links to the content in the locale module handbook.
