Permit activitystream items to be edited- current save of activitystream nodes doesn't change the body

This patch uses the standard, recommended node body field helper code for allowing teaser and different input formats. Not sure activitystream really wants that, but this patch at least makes activity items editable!

It might be a good idea to coordinate with the selectable input format here http://drupal.org/node/395558
