Issue Summary
Hey all. How do I make a URL that will edit the following field?
id="edit-field-dates-0-value-datepicker-popup-0"
name="field_dates[0][value][date]"
I've tried about every permutation I can think of, none of them seem to work.

Hallo? Anyone?

Another week slips by without comment. Is this module supported anymore?
#3
I begin to serious wonder how to mark a module as abandoned.
#4
dirksonii, I'm having the same issue. I'll let you know if I come up with anything. (Just wanted to post so you know that this module still has an active following and has definitely not been abandoned. I'm not the maintainer or anything, though.)

dirksonii, I'm pretty sure we were having the exact same problem, and I think I figured it out. See my solution here:

Please also consider being less snarky about asking for help.

Hey! That's awesome... But I had to give up on this. Client wasn't happy. Good that /you/ solved it, though!

There have been several updates and dates now require some special handling depending on the widget used for formatting the input. Please see #883980: New field formats are necessary in Prepopulate 6.x-2.x and the updated usage.txt for how this works in 2.x
