Will this module allow users to use embed links to Picasa, Flickr for photos and maintain pics from those services?

Will this module allow users to use embed links to build galleria albums for photos on my drupal site.

In other words, in lieu of uploading pictures directly and storing them on the webserver is it possible to let users use embed links to, FLickr,Picasa,or other photo services.

I'm working on a site where possibilities for large numbers of photo uploads will be used in Views type gallerias.

The purpose for the use of embeds is to allow users to maintain their photos as they do normally from their Flickr, picasa, etc.

Also, it will save users a lot of time consuming work associated with uploading pictures.

This way users will use their photo album services as normal and update their galleria on the drupal site as well with no additional effort on their part.
